Give Yourself Time

No matter how the clock ticks, or how much time elapsed since the last time I felt at peace, I give myself permission to take life slowly.

All that is for me will make its way to me and all that is not for me will exit swiftly.

I wake up and whatever I feel I will acknowledge and let pass. I welcome gratitude every day I’m able to experience another day.

Today is my day. Today I am brave. Today I am strong.

No matter what, I will give myself time.

8-Day Reflection Card Series Day 6

What makes you strong? What have you been working on, building up, becoming better at, good in, and achieving?

Everything you do and continue to do in the process of becoming more of yourself makes you strong. No matter how big or small, your progress is a sign of power and bravery.

Reflection:

My effort makes me strong.

Despite people not understanding me, questioning me, and looking at me different I keep going.

Despite being highly sensitive/an empath, getting easily overwhelmed, feeling tired often, having anxiety, battling depression, I keep trying.

Declaration: With everything I am and all that I see myself becoming, I will continue to put in constant effort.

Bulletin: Abundance

What we see for ourselves is limited to how we see ourselves. Can we see ourselves in a place, situation, circumstance that is more? Can we see ourselves as more? Let’s start thinking in terms of abundance and opportunity. Not everything is a loss or a failure. There is more out there. There are spaces you belong in, there are people who need to hear your story, there are opportunities that you fit but you can’t see yourself in. See yourself in abundance. Say “what’s next?” and not “that’s all I see myself doing.”

There is too much to be done for you not to see how big your purpose is. Branch out. You are needed. Your life plan might not be what is coming. Let go of what didn’t work and continue to progress. Keep on regardless of downfalls, setbacks, or failed attempts. That wasn’t for you. What is for you is waiting in the midst of learning and accepting abundance. Once you see how much is out there, you will not stop till you find what you’re excited doing. Abundance will teach you open-mindedness. Keep trying.

#WriteItDown Declarations to Live By and Internalize: Control and Compassion

In moving on in self-awareness, I will move on to a new cycle of 2019 with learning and improving my control and compassion.

As I write I declare and affirm that I will be able to control the thoughts that may consume me and practice self-compassion. I may also make conscious and progressive decisions and reach the success I see for myself. I will take my time and do my best in my journey.

Self-love will lead my continued journey and I will find refuge in self-care as I’m working toward my goals.

SWT 100 Notes Note 30: Bravery Challenge

Task yourself with bravery today. Do something different, something that moves you from your comfort place into a place of change. Show yourself that change is possible and you’re worthy of peace from the change.

Move some things around. Organize. Plan. Take one risk. Know yourself enough to know what you can do and what you can’t. Become more of who you see yourself as.

Cut the procrastination. Do what you have to do, now.

Be brave with me.

Bulletin Challenge: What Do You See When You Look at Yourself?

When I look at myself, this is what I see. I see someone who is able, but troubled, someone who loves, who cares, a fighter, a creator, a writer, an empath. When I see myself, I see someone who is many things. I see someone who has the power to be someone. I see change. I see struggle. I see growth.

Look at yourself. What do you see?

Make sure to look at all parts of you. All the parts that make you someone.

Sometimes we look at ourselves and we don’t know what we see. We don’t know who we are.

Look at yourself and tell me what you see.

You are a beautiful multifaceted masterpiece. It’s not enough to look at our pain and let it define all of who we are. We have to break ourselves apart to get to every piece of jewel.

We have so much in us that we toss to the side. We must dig deep to find our drive and our will to continuously know who we are.

Let’s find our light together.

Heal with me.

Comment below what you see when you look at yourself. Focus on everything (not just the good or the bad, but remember to be gentle with yourself). And as we begin to see, we begin to reflect and to grow in our self-acceptance.

#writeitdown Declarations to Live by and Internalize: Be Brave

I will be brave in the next steps of my life. I will take the risks necessary to get where I want. I will be the boss and I will not be afraid or anxious to make decisions. I deserve to want to wake up because I’m living the life I worked to build. I’m able to do what I put my potential to.

I’m strong in my bravery. I’m my own limit. I can do this.

SWT 100 Notes: Note 24

Being supportive and positive to yourself will go along way in your road to healing and recovering. There are moments whether mentally, physically, or emotionally ill where you just need kind words that will help you through the moment.

A troubled mind or moment won’t last forever and until you can tell that to yourself, struggling will feel like an eternity. Be good to yourself. Think and be encouraging. Speak recovery into the moment of the struggle and the struggle will pass you.

Be brave. That single moment of brave positivity will build your stamina and will catalyst healing.
