I honor my body by taking breaks and prioritizing self care. I am gentle with myself and allow myself to feel and process what is happening around me. My needs are valid and I reflect on each moment as I see fit. I am beautiful and I accept every part of myself. I understand that I can’t control all that happens around me, but I can control my approach. I am the crafter and the creator. I love my body and I choose to put myself first.
“Learning to shift and grow from a conditioned negative mindset to a positive one is a process that can add value and meaning to your life. A part of this process is the willingness to open your perspective, improve your self-awareness, navigate the discomfort of the unknown, and learn new ideas from the environment and people around you.”
“Here is a simple letter. This letter thanks the person who wakes up every morning barely wanting to, but does anyway. This letter is to the survivor, the warrior, and the one who keeps pushing through. This letter is for you...”
Enough only implies to the extent that you reach minimum capacity, just making it, but you always make that level. You never go below that enough level and because you are always enough you are more than enough.
There are mornings when its easy to wake up, but then there are mornings when waking up is the most difficult struggle ever imagined. A change of mind and heart can help with this struggle. Allow yourself to be grateful and talk positively to yourself and about yourself. Change your own mind, strengthen yourself, and let love in when you wake up everyday. Don’t be consumed by the thoughts of a new day. Move slowly and clear your mind as you open your energy up for a new opportunity to change your life and someone else’s.
