#LiftMeUp: Share a Moment Where You Felt Uplifted, Encouraged or Empowered

Activity

Share a moment where you felt uplifted, encouraged or empowered.

Do you recall a moment where you felt empowered, uplifted or encouraged? How did that moment impact you and make you feel? Did it shift your perspective in any way or change how you felt about a topic or idea?

My Reflection

I’ll go first!

I felt uplifted and empowered when I hosted my first Mighty event back in 2018. During this time I was going through a lot of major shifts and changes when it came to my career and mental health. This was also the first time I was doing something that was out of my comfort zone. Following this moment I became more confident in my abilities and talents 🌟.

How about you?

Pencil Case Prompts: What are you good at?

Activity

Do you have a hobby or skill you do really well and makes you feel good? What about a habit that you do well because it’s what you’re used to but want to change?

Note: If you want to change a habit, what is something you want to do instead and think will align more with your needs and goals?

Friendly Reminder: It’s okay if you do something well but also realize that there’s room to grow and improve.

My Reflection

I’ll go first!
I’m really good at writing and creating worksheets and community building activities.

AND

I’m also good at getting my personal projects done but find myself procrastinating and leaving them for the last minute. I’m working on balancing my schedule to include my personal projects along with my daily work.

Pencil Case Prompts: New Month Intentions

Activity

Finish these sentences:

I let go of ___________.

I welcome ___________.

A new month has started!

Let’s create positive intentions by affirming what we want to let go of and what we want to welcome.

My Reflection

I let go of fear, limiting beliefs, doubt, shame, and negative thoughts about love.

I welcome peace, love, success, abundance of all kinds, opportunities that fit my needs, new growth and knowledge.

Pencil Case Prompts: Encouragement Rest Stop

Write an encouraging message in the comments below for someone who might be struggling.

I’ll go first!
My therapist told me this week that emotions don’t have to be “bad” or “good,” just appropriate for what you’re experiencing. It’s okay to feel your feeling. Your feelings are valid ✨.

Need help thinking of a message to share?
Feel free to drop a favorite quote, affirmation, song verse, or positive coping strategy!

Pencil Case Prompts: What helps you when you you are struggling?

Activity

What is one person, place, thing, or idea that helps you when you are struggling and need support or a distraction?

Note: Feel free to share more than one if you would like.

My Reflection

When I am struggling, it helps for me to watch my favorite anime or create art with my cricut machine! I also love to write on my blog and create quotes that are the opposite of what I am feeling.
