In honor of World Mental Health Day let’s reflect and share our experiences, perspectives, and goals!
Pick a leaf and follow the prompt that goes with that leaf:
1. 🍁 Share a mental health victory you’ve had this year.
2. 🌱 Write a list of three ways you can prioritize your mental health this week.
3. ☘️ Finish this sentence: My mental health is important because ____________________.
My Reflection
I choose all three leaves today ☺️
🍁: This year I continued therapy and grew so much in self-love!
🌱: Three ways I can prioritize my mental health is by getting enough sleep (8-9 hours), eating breakfast every day, and writing in my journal to manage my overthinking.
☘️: My mental health is important because I deserve to feel at peace within myself and feel proud of how far I’ve come on my journey.
What’s a challenge you’ve worked extra hard to overcome?
Let’s share our victories together today!
Is there a challenge you’ve been faced with that’s taken a bit more effort and consistency to work through or overcome? What has that challenge been like for you? Has the challenge taught you anything thus far?
My Reflection
For me, my biggest challenge was learning how to love myself and put my needs first. It’s taken so much work on my part, and I’m still working on it, but I’ve made so much progress in the past three years! I’m so proud of myself 🌻.
What about you?

Take a deep breath and say this affirmation with me:
I release any and everything not aligned with my highest good. I welcome possibilities and opportunities for peace, growth and love of all kinds. I’m ready to receive.
Reminder: You are worthy of receiving what is good. Accept what is and continue to create pathways for abundance to enter your energy. As you navigate your daily thoughts and ideas, know when to release what is not serving you and act when opportunities arise. Continue to be the creator.
What is your favorite activity to do outdoors? Perhaps you like to ski in the winter, go to the beach when it’s warm out, or even take a walk in the rain in the middle of spring. What activity do you love to participate in the most?

My Reflection
Here is my message to my younger self:
Dear Little Me,
I love you just the way you are. You are enough. You are not too much or too different. You are beautiful and worthy of so much love. You are healing. You are growing, it’s okay to make mistakes. You are smart and creative. I’m so proud of you.
Love, Bigger Me

What is one person, place, thing, or idea that helps you when you are struggling and need support or a distraction?
Note: Feel free to share more than one if you would like.
My Reflection
When I am struggling, it helps for me to watch my favorite anime or create art with my cricut machine! I also love to write on my blog and create quotes that are the opposite of what I am feeling.

It’s okay to be intentional with what you do. Continue to try even when you feel stuck, lost, or unmotivated.
When you find yourself slipping into negative thought patterns, fear, hesitation, procrastination, or overthinking, stop for a second and create a positive/helpful intention for yourself. Whether this be a simple affirmation: “I am safe,” or a plan of action: “I will drink some water and reach out to my friend today,” creating pockets of reassurance and abundance can help move you out of spaces of lack and stagnancy.
Light your own path as you continue to work through the challenges of every day. Build peace within yourself by taking advantage of every moment. You are in control. Be in control.
