What quote, affirmation, or mantra helps you to keep going?

My Reflection
My favorite mantra is one that I created comparing myself to a butterfly!
It goes like this: Like a butterfly, I allow myself to transform – transform more into who I am every day. I will learn through the challenges and never give up. I acknowledge that transformation takes time and patience. I am ready. -SparklyWarTanks
To my family, my childhood, high school, and college friends/advisors/counselors/teachers/mentors, to those who were in my life for a season or a conversation or two, for those I haven’t talked to in awhile and are due for a conversation or two. To my followers, supporters, and readers of my blog and sparkly content, to my Mighty Family, and those at NAMI, to anyone whose crossed my path no matter the circumstance, I love you and I’m proud of you. Not only have you helped me in my journey but you are also doing a great job. Remember that your best is enough. Allow yourself grace and compassion. Whatever it is on your mind, you got it! You can overcome any obstacle. You have me here rooting for you. Sending over positive energy and light. I love you. Keep that head up.

Title: I Am The Crafter. I Am The Creator. An Evening of Vision Boards.
Description: “I Am The Crafter. I Am The Creator. An Evening of Vision Boards” is a creative and fun event focused on reflecting on ourselves, our growth, and who we see ourselves to be. Starting with an ice breaker, we will sketch one image and one positive word that describes us, our passions, or a goal that we have. The main activity will then be to draw a vision board that illustrates and represents who we are. There is endless possibilities in creating our vision boards from favorite quotes, affirmations, and mantras, to symbols, goal descriptions, and self-care plans; it’s all up to the us, the crafters! Lastly, we will close by sharing our works of art.
Materials: Paper, writing utensils (pen, pencil, markers, or crayons).
In the process of growth we may come to a standstill in whether we want or are able to face the trauma inside of ourselves. We become afraid of feeling the feelings that are repressed. In those moments we ask ourselves, what do I do with this pain? Unprocessed pain manifests as disease, disorders, attachments, triggers, habits, negativity and other blockages that show us a lack or need in the energy within us. So what, in turn, do we do with the pain in our bodies? We must release it. We are not meant to suffer and hold on to pain for long periods of time. If we survived the process of enduring this pain we are also able to alchemize it. Standing in our power allows us to transform and create something new in the process of releasing the pain that we may be holding. We are the creators of our own realities.
Alchemize your pain and transform into the indestructable being you are. Stand in your power. Allow the pain to be transformed in your favor. Learn the lesson and release the blockage. The lesson turns into an increase in awareness. You have all the abilities to do so. Pain does not define you and does not have to define or dictate your life.
It’s okay to ask for support. It’s okay if you need some help. It’s okay not to be okay. It’s okay to seek guidance. It’s okay to reach out and ask for what you need. It’s okay to advocate for yourself.
Take your power back from fear, doubt, and hesitancy. Claim your freedom to walk in your power unapologetically. Grow more into yourself. Speak. Know the strength in your words. What is for you is already yours.
Bask in the discomfort of change. Challenge old habits and behaviors that keep you in karmic cycles, reliving the same scenario with different people, places, and circumstances. What do you need to learn? How can you claim what you know is yours? The more you learn the better you will understand your power. You are in control of your life.
A moment, I remember, where I felt empowered was when I decided to ask for help with my mental health instead of isolating myself and struggling on my own. At that moment I knew I was capable and willing to receive help without feeling shame or embarrassment.

“The hustle mentality for me is driven by a desire for financial freedom and emotional wellness. The flaws in my hustle mentality, however, are rooted in “destination addiction” constantly feeling as though satisfaction is achieved in something I don’t have yet. Because I’m always working for something greater and better than my last accomplishment, I also find myself lost in perfectionism.”
