No matter the obstacles you’re presented with, you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. You are worthy and capable of a successful and fulfilling life. You got this!
Sending love and hugs to whoever may be struggling right now 🦋.
It’s okay to be proud of the progress you’ve made thus far. It might not be where you would like to be, or where you thought you’d be, but regardless, it’s amazing how much work you’ve put in to get to this point. Continue on the path that’s best for you. Alignment comes to those who are consistent in their pursuit to get to where they know they deserve.
It’s okay to be gentle with yourself during transitions in your life. Whether it be moving to a new home, changing doctors/therapists, trying something new, starting a new job/change in finances, changing schools, losing friends, experiencing a breakup, grieving the loss of a love one, or letting go of someone you love and care about, transitions are difficult to cope with.
Learning to adjust and adapt to change is challenging and that’s okay. Know that you are not alone and you can give yourself time to grieve whatever it is you are moving forward from.
Give yourself permission to feel whatever emotions come up with change and reach out if you need to. Your feelings and experiences are valid no matter how “big” or “small” the change.
Often times we stay stuck in the reality of our past. We dwell and ruminate on the what-ifs and maybes. We stand in what we can’t walk away from. But, that doesn’t have to be where we are forever. We can give ourselves permission to move forward. We can dissect and navigate our mistakes, regrets, and pain in order to clear the path of progress for ourselves. The more we become comfortable with our discomfort and adjust our eyes in the darkest parts of ourselves, we learn to forgive what we were and make room for who we can become.
Make room for yourself to walk forward. Clear a path so that you can forgive and lift the weight that’s been keeping you standing instead of moving forward. Manifest something different. Manifest clarity and grace. Manifest wellness and peace. You deserve to feel free. This is your time for freedom.
Allow your voice to fill the room, especially when matters concern you and your well-being. Ask questions and be present in important conversations.
Don’t be afraid. Don’t fall into the shadows.
You matter and so does your voice and what you have to say. Learn as you grow in your own confidence and assertiveness. If you need something, say something. If something feels off and uncomfortable, let the right person know or find someone who will be helpful to you.
