Look at yourself and ask if what you put up with reflects how you want to be treated. Do you deserve better? How do you view your self-worth? In terms of relationships, self-development, job opportunities etc. how do you view yourself?
Know that you are worthy of love, acceptance, and peace. Remove yourself from any situation that jeopardizes or challenges your self-worth. Your happiness and well being will always be more important. Gracefully remove yourself from anything that makes you question who you are.
Be patient with your journey as you search and work to better situate yourself in spaces that reflect your growth.
Some morning are particularly hard, but this morning made it to top 5. I had to write myself out of a potential downward spiral into depression. I forced myself to see my self-worth and value even in the midst of heartache and self-doubt. A love letter of sorts to keep going even when feeling emotionally weak.
The face that I look at every morning is powerful and deserves peace of mind and joy amongst other things, but most important she deserves to know that her life is worth something.
As long as her heart beats, purpose flows through every vein all the time. Standing is hard, but I can’t stay down for too long.
When something or someone is causing you pain ask yourself, is this pain teaching me anything or opening up my perspective to ensure and guarantee my growth? In times where toxicity is present but not always apparent, you must determine whether that pain is necessary or toxic.
In terms of building relationships whether romantic, familial, or platonic, the occurrence of issues or disagreement is inevitable. When disagreements turn into manipulation, unnecessary pain, purposeful lack of communication, immaturity, lack of accountability, or one posing as “the parent” if not one is where a line must be drawn.
Remaining in toxic relationships or spaces do not determine your worthiness as a person. Your worth is not manifested by how much pain you can endure as you remain in toxic situations. Loyalty should not be painful. There is no need to wait around and stunt your growth for someone/something else. While pain is a teacher and in specific situations teaches you to become better, in others will cause trauma.
Always put your well being first before anything. If you find you are not benefiting from a relationship, space, or situation, relieve yourself of that pain
You are worthy of life, of love, of compassion, of truth, of fulfillment. Your heart lies the universe. Everything that is in you is of greatness and of depth. No matter how much you struggle, remind yourself how much you have inside of you. You have great power in you.
You are beyond worthy of life and of happiness! Sometimes it’s difficult to see it or believe you are.
I’m beyond worthy because despite all I face I keep going. I fight using my writings and through my creations. I’m able to feel peace through what I make. I feel proud of my progress and believe in my healing journey. I will keep going and I will keep fighting.
Why are you beyond worthy?

Living with anxiety is not always easy to explain. Some days “feel” okay, while others are filled with worry and nervousness. I try my best to be “positive” in the lowest sense of the term in my low days, and try to keep productive in my high days. One of the most difficult times when living with anxiety, however, is trying to explain it to others.
You understand that sometimes what makes you nervous or anxious shouldn’t make you so but it does. Or maybe it should be easy to calm yourself when you feel overwhelmed, but it’s not.
Realize that you are not crazy and what you have you are more than. You are brave, strong, and powerful even when you feel like you’re not. Your feelings are valid. Never let anyone take your power to validate your struggle away.
Some days are difficult, especially those days your pain spills out in panic, but remember that you have purpose.
See your purpose outside of your pain and trauma. See your purpose outside of your anxiety. Your life will always and forever have worth.
There is no shame in crying in order to heal and recover. Give yourself time and space to reflect and to grow in your pain. Don’t be ashamed of your pain.
Let your pain out. Let it dissolve in the freshness of something new. Become better.
Let yourself become a product of a freed pain. Help someone else free their pain.
A brief message that you matter, your voice matters, your life matters, it’s okay to take a break, and you are a life worth living.
Stay healthy. Take care of yourself.
